This policy explains how 360 Media Works Ltd (company no. 12691769, ICO registration 00015071714), trading as Teesside Trade Services, handles personal data collected through this website and the trade sites in our network.
When you request a quote through one of our trade sites we collect the details you provide, typically your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a description of the work. We also record technical information such as the page you arrived from, for site performance and attribution.
Your enquiry is passed to one independent local contractor covering your trade and area so they can contact you about the work. Your details are never sold to multiple firms and are not used for unrelated marketing. Calls to our tracked numbers may be recorded for quality and training; a recorded message will tell you if this is the case.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that does not track individual visitors and does not use cookies.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent for us to share an enquiry. Email info@teessidetradeservices.co.uk or call 01642 053 123. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and manage our relationship with the contractor who received it, and is then deleted or anonymised.
